We promise less pain, shorter downtime and faster recovery!Endoscopy
Endoscopy is a medical procedure where a flexible tube with a camera and light on the end (endoscope) is used to examine the inside of the body. There are several types of digestive endoscopy procedures, including gastroscopy (examination of the stomach), colonoscopy (examination of the colon), polypectomy (removal of polyps from the digestive tract) and ERCP (examination of the bile ducts).
Endoscopy can be used to diagnose and treat various conditions such as acid reflux, ulcers and tumors. No incisions are required. Procedures are performed under sedation and rarely last more than a few minutes. You will be able to resume normal activities the same day.
Acid Reflux/GERD
Acid reflux is a condition where stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus, causing heartburn and other symptoms such as chest and/or abdominal pain, difficulty swallowing and a sour taste in the mouth. Acid reflux is one of the diagnostic criteria for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Other symptoms of GERD include regurgitation of food or breathing difficulty, especially after a heavy meal.
Acid reflux can be treated with lifestyle changes, such as stopping smoking, eating smaller meals and avoiding certain trigger foods, and with acid-reducing medication such as antacids and proton pump inhibitors. In chronic or severe cases, endoscopic therapy or keyhole surgery may help.
Gallstones
Gallstones are solid deposits of bile that form in the gallbladder. They are usually made up of cholesterol, bile pigments, and calcium salts. The exact cause of gallstones is not known, but factors such as age, gender, genetics and diet can increase the risk of developing them.
Symptoms of gallstones may include pain in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting and fever. Treatment options include medication, non-surgical procedures or keyhole surgery.
Abdominal Hernia
An abdominal hernia is a bulging of abdominal contents, such as intestine or fatty tissue, through a weak spot in the abdominal muscles. There are several types of abdominal hernias, including inguinal (groin), femoral (thigh), umbilical (belly button), and hiatal (upper stomach).
Symptoms often include a visible bulge, pain or discomfort, especially with physical activity or coughing, and a feeling of pressure or fullness. Treatment options can include observation, lifestyle changes, medication to relieve discomfort or keyhole surgery to repair the hernia.
Hiatal Hernia
A hiatal hernia is a unique type of hernia which occurs when a portion of the stomach bulges upwards through the diaphragm and into the chest cavity. This can cause symptoms such as acid reflux, chest pain and difficulty swallowing. Hiatal hernias can be classified into two types: sliding hiatal hernias and rolling or paraesophageal hernias.
Treatment options can include lifestyle changes, medication, and in some cases, surgery. The aim of treatment is to enable you to eat better and enjoy your meals without discomfort. The diagnosis and treatment of acid reflux, GERD, abdominal and hiatal hernia are some of our signature programmes.

Diagnostic investigations include physical examination, laboratory tests, body fat analysis, metabolic rate measurement, fitness testing, etc.
Managing your weight and metabolic health is a complex process and may require a combination of medication to control hunger, meal planning and behaviour modification strategies.

Cancer
Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells. Cancer can develop in almost any part of the body and can spread to other areas through the bloodstream or lymphatic system. The common cancers involving the digestive system include stomach, colon, esophagus, liver and pancreas.
The exact causes of cancer are not fully understood, but factors such as genetics, lifestyle and exposure to certain substances can increase your risk. Symptoms of cancer can vary depending on the type and stage of the disease, but may include fatigue, pain, changes in appetite or bowel habits. Cancer screening, early detection and treatment can increase your chances of a successful outcome.
Urgent Care
Urgent medical symptoms that may require prompt attention include:
- Abdominal or chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Vomiting or abdominal bloating
- Passage of blood with stools

Health Screening
Health screening is a type of medical examination that is performed to detect potential health problems early, before symptoms develop. Screening tests are designed to detect disease or risk factors for disease in individuals who may appear healthy. By detecting and treating health problems early, screening can prevent more serious health problems from developing or minimize their impact. Tests can include physical examinations, blood tests, imaging and other diagnostic procedures.
Health screening is recommended for individuals based on age, gender, family history and other risk factors. Regular health screenings are an important part of preventive care and can help you maintain good health. Talk to us to individualise a screening plan for you.
