The LINX™️ Reflux Management System is a laparoscopic (key-hole), anti-reflux procedure indicated for patients diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
The LINX device is a ring of titanium beads, each with a magnetic core, connected together with titanium wires. It’s placed around the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) to control acid reflux from the stomach.
By restricting the flow of stomach contents into the esophagus, heartburn, reflux and regurgitation will improve and you may no longer require medicines to treat these symptoms.
